- Select services and book an appointment
- Appointment booking is required before arrival
- Arrive 10 minutes before your appointment
- Showing up with an appropriate outfit
- Showing up late, may prioritize other appointments
- Represent yourself to the reception crew and give your details
- Check your chosen services in case you want to add others

Spa
- Complete consultation card upon arrival to the spa section
- In case you have any health problems, be sure to inform the person in charge.
- Head to the dressing room and set all your personal belongings in your locker.
- "Low and pleasant tone" is a required rule in spa areas
- Put mobile devices on silent mode
- No children allowed under 15 years old
- You are required to wear a disposable swimsuit given by the spa for massages and Moroccan baths
